Westward360 Toolkit
Privacy notice
Last updated September 10, 2026
Westward360 Toolkit (toolkit.westward360.com) is an internal web application for employees of Westward360 and its sister companies, and for invited administrators at partner organizations. It is not offered to the public. This notice explains what the Toolkit collects when you sign in with Google and how that information is used.
What we collect
You sign in with a Google Workspace account. From Google we receive, and store, your name, your email address, your Google account identifier, and the domain of the organization that hosts your account. The Toolkit also records when you sign in, the roles a Toolkit administrator has granted you, and the changes you make inside its tools (for example a check request you submit or a contract record you edit), attributed to your account. Toolkit does not request access to your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or any other Google data, and it does not keep Google access tokens after sign-in completes.
How we use it
The Directory tool shows every Westward360 employee to every other employee. It reads names, email addresses, account status, and profile photos from the company's Google Workspace directory and work phone numbers from Dialpad, and it stores the details employees add to their own card, including an optional personal phone number. A name you change in the Directory is also changed on your company Google account.
Your name and email identify you inside the Toolkit and determine which tools and roles you have. Sign-in times and change history let administrators audit access and trace work. Your email address may also appear to colleagues where the tools show who did what.
Sharing
We do not sell or share this information with third parties. It is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure operated by Westward360 and is visible only to Westward360 staff who administer the Toolkit and to the people you work with inside it. The Toolkit sends data to Westward360's own business systems only when a tool is designed to do so (for example creating an accounts-payable invoice from a check request).
Retention and your choices
Your account and its history are kept for as long as you need access and for record-keeping afterwards; administrators deactivate accounts when people leave. To ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have your account removed, contact support@westward360.com. You can revoke the Toolkit's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's Security → Third-party apps page; you will then be signed out at your next visit.
Cookies
The Toolkit uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
